I purchased a car in November and was generally very happy with it and the price I paid. Shortly after purchase it developed an intermittent engine fault that was hard to diagnose. Craig was helpful throughout and agreed to rectify the fault once we could identify it. Six months later the fault became obvious. I had the faulty part replaced at a local garage and sent the invoice to Craig. The invoice was paid in full immediately. That\'s when you know you bought from the right business. Thank you.

I purchased a Mini Countryman SD 2 weeks ago and had a positive experience with Craig at See Cars. He left me alone to look over the car and was not a pushy salesman. After purchasing the vehicle I had a couple of minor issues that he was happy to sort out and help with very quickly. Always answered my calls and replied to texts to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend See Cars - most impressive service. I drove 200 miles to collect the car and it was exactly as described. Communication with Craig and Gemma was easy. They were happy for the AA to check the car (the headlamp washers do work, by the way!) and everything was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick up the car. Craig has had it serviced and was willing to trade in my previous car without seeing it. It was well worth the long drive and I am so pleased with my new car. Thank you!

Craig offered a great level of customer service in a difficult situation. The car I bought unfortunately had a pre-existing battery problem, which See Cars were unaware of until I couldn't start it the day after I picked it up! They took the car back, provided me with a courtesy car, found out what was wrong and got it fixed, then drove the car over to me in Warwickshire once it had been tested to make sure it was ok. Craig really did everything he could to fix the problem. Thank you!

I'm always dubious of buying second hand cars, moreso when looking at something a little older. So having had a v. positive experience with Craig at See Cars, I think worth sharing. No pushy salesman, accommodating to my needs and good aftersales. Whilst Craig was non-negotiable on price, the car was priced well and he was accepting to resolve a few minor items i had, including changing rear pads. All sorted without grumble or the normal noises you get from car salesmen when they have to pay out for things. Having agreed the sale Craig wasnt pushy for cash and was actually keen for payment on collection rather than in advance, thereby providing personal confidence that you had some leverage should the car not be totally in order. After sales has been good (much better than i have previously had from main dealerships, who take your money and run) & Craig has been excellent in aiding resolution of a very minor issue i have had. 1 month in and no issues from the car.
